Shipping Policy

1. Fast, Free Shipping on Orders Over $99*

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • Place at least $100 of items marked as "eligible for free shipping" in your shopping cart.
  • Shipping Methods: FedEx Ground | UPS Ground | USPS Flat Rate Delivery.
  • Parts must ship domestically within the contiguous 48 states to a single address.
  • Oversized or overweight items are excluded from free shipping (e.g., Trailer Metal Mesh, Bumpers, Hoods, Fuel Tanks, Trailer Axles, Tires, Bulk Assemblies).
  • Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • Free shipping only applies to online orders unless otherwise specified.
  • Haulk Depot reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $100: Variable rates apply, based on method chosen at checkout and package weight/dimensions.
  • Orders $100 or more: Marked as “eligible for free shipping” – Basic Ground Shipping.
  • Freight (LTL) orders: Ineligible unless specified otherwise.

Delivery Timeline:

  • After shipping, parts arrive within 2-5 business days as per carrier delivery schedules.
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
  • Signature may be required for high-value or freight shipments.

2. Order Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 hours.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed at least 5 hours before dispatch may ship the same day.

3. Damages

If parts are damaged upon arrival:

  • All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or reimbursement.
  • Contact sales@haulkdepot.com and include pictures and a brief description of the damage.
  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and report the issue to the carrier immediately.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve shipping damage claims and arrange for replacements if applicable.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Haulk Depot error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Electrical components and wiring kits are non-returnable due to safety regulations.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact sales@haulkdepot.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled by 2:00 PM CST on the day the order was placed (with response confirmation).
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow our return policy if they no longer want the item.
  • If canceled after 2:00 PM CST, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from their address.
  • Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to listed products.
  • Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
  • Haulk Depot does not provide direct warranties but will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer for claims.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
